CUSTOMS TRANSIT DTA

It is the transport of goods, under customs control, from one point to another in the customs territory, with suspension of payment of taxes. (art. 315 of the Customs Regulation)
The customs transit regime is regulated by articles 315 to 352 of the Customs Regulation and, as a rule, by IN SRF nº 248/2002.
