New Export Processes:
Ribeiro's customs brokers are always up to date in relation to customs legislation and new export procedures. In 2018, New Export Processes will be definitively implemented, through the DU-E in the Single Foreign Trade Portal.
Thorough verification of the NCM code of the Tax Classification of Goods and consultation of the Administrative Export Treatment;
Obtaining licenses, authorizations, certificates in a specific module called Licenses, Permissions, Certificates and Other Documents (LPCO), if there is an incidence of Administrative Treatment;
Guidance for issuing the Export Electronic Invoice (NF-e) that will serve as a prerequisite for the preparation of the respective DU-E;
Preparation of Export Declarations in a new module called Single Export Declaration (DU-E), complementing the data that comes from the NF-e, with information of a commercial, administrative, customs, fiscal and logistical nature;
If the goods are selected for verification and physical inspections, through the Customs Conference Module, we provide the necessary follow-up and eventual clarifications to the Federal Revenue and Consenting Agencies;
Verification of all requirements for cargo clearance and shipment, such as validation of the NF-e and LPCO status.
